  We ordered 8 dozen cupcakes for our company launch party on Friday, to be delivered to the office on MONDAY... and so they did!! The cupcakes were amazing. Everyone loved them. They didn't just look good, they tasted good. And that was a quick turn around for so many cupcakes! We will definitely be ordering from Gigi's again for our parties.
  
  I know some people are commenting on the "hard outside" and think that means they are "stale" but that's not stale. Its just the style of some of the cupcakes to be harder on the outside and softer on the inside. Especially, for example, the chocolate tart cupcake (which is too amazing by the way). This harder outside also probably helps all that icing stay on better, and not soak into the cupcake too much. Just a thought. I don't know! I am not a baker!! I just like cake and I like Gigi's :)
