  Bald headed manager with glasses refused to serve my 24 year old girlfriend. We came back with her passport just to prove a point. He humiliated her and did not even apologize afterward. He was so rude, I'm half shocked he's still employed and half not surprised he's in his 40s and still works at a Chili's. Karma I guess. Of all the nice restaurants to go to in coolsprings, why waste your time with this one?

  Good for what it is!
  Chili's is a "hangout" restaurant and I've been hanging out in one or another since 1995! They have decent food and good service at this location. It is a manager training location, so the always have a new manager, but that also means they are learning how to take care of the customers! This is usually a good thing btw ;)
