  I've been here twice now, dined-in once a couple weeks after they opened and today for a carry-out order. The chicken was great quality and the batter was appropriate. The boneless wings were nothing to write home about and the chicken tenders were above average. The problem for me is the service and management.
  
  My carry-out order was completely screwed up. All in, my $20 (including tip) got me one single order of chicken tenders (fries missing) and five sauces... yet still missing one out of the two sauces I actually ordered.
  
  Perhaps it's too much to say "get your act together" but that's how I feel; a "five free wings on your next visit" coupon doesn't change that.
  
  Pro tip... If you want awesome chicken tenders in the Cool Springs area, go to Drake's. Trust me.

  Great food and atmosphere! We counted 39 TVs so you can watch the game no matter where you sit. The chicken is fresh not frozen. Grilled boneless wings were healthy and delicious. Cobb salad was big and filling. Best onion rings in Franklin! We had great service as well.
